PLACING AN ORDER

How do I order online?

Browse our website and select items for your shopping bag. When you have completed your shopping, click checkout and follow the step-by-step instructions until your order has been confirmed.

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely. We love hearing from you! Simply call customer service toll free at 888-930-7778.

How can I check my order’s status?

Contact us directly by phone at 888-930-7778. You can also email customer service at customerservice@linealuxe.com.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is my credit card information safe?

We take protecting your personal information and keeping it private seriously. Linea Luxe employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. It encrypts all your personal information so it cannot be read as it travels via the Internet.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will typically charge your credit card the day your items are shipped. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the merchandise is sent out to you.

When buying special order items, including personalized products, your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is placed. We will then contact you with details regarding expected delivery time.

Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida. If your item is shipped outside of Florida, you will not be charged sales tax.

What if my item is out of stock?

While we try to keep most items in inventory, we may be out of stock on a particular product. If you place an order for an item not in inventory, we will contact you as soon as possible. At that point, you can let us know if you do not want to wait for the item or if you would like to receive the merchandise as soon as it arrives.

Can I cancel an order?

If you have already checked out and would like to cancel or change your order, call or email customer service immediately. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be happy to make any changes to your order.

All of our products, unless noted on the site (typically over-sized products or perishable goods), come packaged in our signature gift packaging. We believe whether the purchase if for you or for someone else, it is a gift regardless!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will credit your account or issue a refund if returned within 15 days after you receive your merchandise. We will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping costs which we do not credit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return

The returned product must be un-used, unopened, and in the original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service within 24 hours. We will take the item back, issue a full refund and credit any additional costs including shipping

***Special Orders, Personalized/Monogrammed Products, Sale Items, Perishable Goods, Seasonal Merchandise, and Food are not returnable. We therefore ask that you take extra care when making these selections

***Linens, Bedding, Blankets and Towels can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if returned within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. However, a 15% restocking fee will apply. The returned product(s) must be un-used, unopened, unwashed, and in the original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

When making a return, please note on a copy of your invoice the reason for the return and whether you would like to receive a refund or credit the price toward another Linea Luxe purchase. What if merchandise arrives damaged or defective?

 If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service within 24 hours. We will take the item back, issue a full refund and credit any additional costs including shipping.

Can I return Special Orders, Personalized Monogrammed Products, Sale Items, Perishable Goods, Seasonal Merchandise, and Food?

 Special Orders, Personalized/Monogrammed Products, Sale Items, Perishable Goods, Seasonal Merchandise, and Food are not returnable. We therefore ask that you take extra care when making these selections.
